Joanne D. Almon, 68, of Yakima died Monday at Cottage in the Meadow. Mrs. Almon was born in Anacortes. She founded and managed Almon Realty.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Almon of Yakima; three children, Craig Almon of Snohomish, Anne Almon of Olympia and Bill Almon of Yakima; two brothers, Bernell Sparks of Bellingham and Larry Sparks of Cannon Beach, Ore.; and five grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the 4th Street Theatre, Yakima. Arrangements are by Keith and Keith Funeral Home, Yakima.
